All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- An item is out of stock
- Pricing or product description errors occur
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier services.
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags attached.
- All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal (linked in our website footer).
- Sale items are refundable at the sale price paid, not the original full price. Please note: sale items may not be available for repurchase.
- We do not offer exchanges.
