Do you offer exchanges?
No — we don’t offer exchanges. If you need another size or style, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
Are sale items refundable?
Yes — but only at the price paid at checkout, not the original full price. Sale items may not be available to repurchase.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
Can I return from outside the UK?
Yes — international returns must also be registered through our Returns Portal. Once approved, you’ll be provided with our Returns Processing Address in Widford, UK.

How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, though this may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please register your return within 7 days of delivery via the Returns Portal and select the relevant reason. Our team will resolve these cases as a priority!

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Have all tags attached and original packaging.
- Be free from make-up, fragrance, or stains. Please note:
- Exchanges are not offered. If you need another size or style, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
- Sale items are refundable at the sale price paid, not the original full price. Sale items may not be available to repurchase.
