UK Shipping

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail through our fulfilment partner.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen
circumstances.

Shipping Costs

UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Any promotional offers (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Missed Deliveries & Delays
If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee at checkout.
Customers are responsible for covering all customs duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in their country.
To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns on UK & International Orders
If you wish to return an item, please visit our Returns Portal https://formsworkwear.com/a/returnzap to submit your request.

UK and International returns must be initiated through the portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable.
